KYC and Traffic Acceptance Policy
These Terms of Service govern access to voip.textology.net and the wholesale voice services provided by Textology Inc.
1. Initial enquiry
The public quote form collects only basic commercial and traffic information. Submission of the form does not guarantee:
- Approval
- Testing
- Route access
- Pricing
- Credit
- Activation.
2. Business verification
Textology may request:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Business-registration number
- Tax documentation
- Registered address
- Company website
- Corporate email
- Authorized-representative identification
- Ownership information
- Telecom licences or registrations
- FCC form 499 information
- Robocall mitigation database information
- STIR/SHAKEN information.
3. Traffic review
Applicants may be required to provide:
- Source countries
- Destination countries
- Expected monthly minutes
- Expected concurrent calls
- Calls per second
- Traffic direction
- Traffic purpose
- Route requirements
- caller ID source
- End-customer type
- Current carrier information
- Complaint or traceback history.
4. Enhanced review
Textology may conduct enhanced review for:
- High-volume traffic
- High-risk destinations
- Newly established businesses
- Resellers
- Telemarketing traffic
- Short-duration traffic
- Traffic with unusual caller ID behavior
- Applicants with complaint or traceback history.
5. Approval
Approval may be subject to:
- Route availability
- KYC completion
- Compliance approval
- Technical testing
- Deposit or prepayment
- Credit limits
- Destination restrictions
- Capacity limits
- Signed agreements.
6. Reverification
Customers must notify Textology of material changes involving:
- Ownership
- Business name
- Address
- Website
- Regulatory status
- Traffic use case
- caller ID source
- Customer base
- Expected volume.
Textology may require periodic reverification.
7. Rejection
Textology may reject an enquiry or account where:
- Information cannot be verified
- Information appears inaccurate
- The traffic presents unacceptable risk
- The business fails to cooperate
- Required documents are unavailable
- The service is commercially or technically unsuitable.
Textology is not required to disclose confidential fraud-detection or carrier-risk criteria.
8. Suspension after approval
Approval does not prevent later suspension.
Textology may suspend services if:
- Traffic differs materially from the approved use case
- Complaints increase
- Fraud is suspected
- caller ID is unauthorized
- KYC information becomes outdated
- The customer fails to respond to compliance requests.
9. Data handling
KYC documents will be used for:
- Verification
- Fraud prevention
- Regulatory compliance
- Carrier onboarding
- Contract management.
Information will be handled according to the privacy policy.
